Headaches
Many headache sufferers see their GP or neurologist, but return with no abnormalities detected. This can be frustrating, and can lead to a lifetime’s reliance on medication. It is little known that physiotherapy can be most effective in relieving certain types of headache and migraines, known as cervicogenic pain. This is pain that is felt in the head or face, but in fact referred from the neck
We will help you understand the cause of your headaches, and where possible, aim to stop them reoccurring, through appropriate exercises.
